1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice)
Items must be free of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Note: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please:

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos and a description of the issue
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the case
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
