Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice)

  • Items must be free of damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Note: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  • Email us at contact@joyhato.com with your order number and reason

  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect


3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the case


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
