4. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. If you are located in an area that is not serviced by our standard carriers, we may not be able to fulfill your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.

  • Undeliverable Addresses: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. JOYHATO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the provided shipping address.
